Sheet Metal Fabrication

TruCut specializes in precision sheet metal fabrication using laser cutting, punch press operations, and CNC brake forming. We produce brackets, housings, panels, frames, and other components with repeatable accuracy. Integrated welding and finishing processes allow us to deliver parts ready for assembly or installation.

Tube Bending

TruCut delivers accurate, repeatable bends using manual and robotic systems for a wide range of tube diameters. Our forming capabilities—including dimpling, piercing, and end-forming—support complex OEM designs. We also manufacture copper-tube, aluminum-fin coils with proprietary fin geometries, precision tube expansion, and brazing for consistent, high-performance results.

Mechanical Stamping

With expertise in transfer, progressive, and single-station dies, TruCut produces stamped parts with consistent quality across varying production volumes. Our mechanical presses—up to 600 tons with large-bed capacity—support both simple components and complex, multi-stage formed parts used across HVAC, appliance, and industrial applications.

Assembly, Packaging, and Warehousing

TruCut provides complete assembly, kitting, packaging, and warehousing support for OEM programs. We prepare components and finished assemblies for distribution under your brand, managing inventory, labeling, kitting, and storage within controlled environments to ensure readiness for installation or shipment.
